Shipping policy

Free shipping across the U.S.

Every VELLANORI order ships free to addresses in the United States. There’s no minimum order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. During busy periods or because of carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take a little longer. Your order ships from our fulfillment partner and may arrive in packaging without VELLANORI branding.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking details can take 2–3 business days to show updates after the label is created.

Duties and taxes

You won’t be asked to pay any customs or import fees on delivery.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at info@vellanori.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days of purchase, or your tracking shows it was lost, email us with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for returns.
